Commercial snow removal — common questions

Do you offer per-push or seasonal snow contracts?

Both. Per-push means you pay each time we clear your site; seasonal is one flat rate for the whole winter, no matter how many storms come. We'll write the contract whichever way works best for how you budget.

How do you decide when to plow?

We plow on the trigger you set. Some sites want us out at two inches, others at one inch, and some need zero-tolerance — no accumulation at all. You tell us the threshold for your property and we hold to it.

Do you handle ice, not just snow?

Yes. Plowing clears the snow; salting and de-icing keep the cleared surface from freezing over afterward. We can build treatment into your contract on the same schedule as your plowing.

Can you clear roofs, not just the ground?

Yes — we do roof snow removal to whatever load your building needs, and we can haul snow off-site when a full lot has nowhere left to stack it.

What areas do you cover?

Greater Danbury, the Naugatuck Valley, and the shoreline — from Danbury and Newtown down through Shelton and Derby to Milford, Fairfield, and Stratford.

Can you meet our insurance requirements?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your records, and we can name your property as additional insured on request. Send us your requirements with the site details and we'll have the paperwork ready before the first storm.
