How it works, start to finish

From the first site walk to the last storm of the season — six steps, no mystery, no surprises.

1
We walk the property with you

We map the lot, the entrances, the problem corners and where snow can actually go. Twenty minutes on site is what makes the number accurate.

2
You get a written scope and price

Exactly what gets cleared, at what depth, and what it costs — per push or for the season. If it isn't on that page, it doesn't show up on an invoice.

3
Your trigger depth gets set

Two inches, three, whatever the property needs. Some sites want salt only on ice events. It's your call and it goes in the contract.

4
We watch the forecast, not the clock

Storm tracking starts about 48 hours out. You get our expected timing before the first flake, so you're not calling to ask.

5
Crews run through the night

Plowing, salting and stacking while the lot is empty, so the surface is clear and treated before your first car arrives.

6
Hauling when the piles get in the way

When stacked snow starts eating parking spaces or blocking sightlines, we truck it off site. Priced separately, and never without telling you first.

Contracts get signed before the first storm, not during it.

What we stand behind

  • Your lot is clear before your open time, every event — and you know our timing before the storm starts.
  • A certificate of insurance in your hands before you sign anything, and again at renewal. Additional insured is no problem.
  • The scope you agreed to is the scope you get — written depths, written services, written price.
  • One person to call, who answers. Not a dispatch queue.

You get confirmation the site was serviced, with the time and what was applied.

I've been using Pro Turf for my lawn fertilization for the past couple of seasons, and they've been fantastic every step of the way.

They're always prompt — appointments are scheduled when they say they will be, and the technicians show up on time. Communication is clear, whether it's a reminder text or a quick heads-up if weather changes the plan.

The pricing is very reasonable — honest and straightforward with no surprise add-ons or pushy upsells. You get excellent value for what you pay.

Common questions

Do you plow residential driveways?

No. Pro Turf takes commercial properties only — parking lots, office parks, retail, industrial sites and managed communities. Keeping the route commercial is how we can promise a lot is clear before opening.

Per-push or seasonal — which is better?

Per-push means you pay per event, so a light winter costs less. Seasonal is one fixed number no matter the snowfall, which makes budgeting simple and covers you in a heavy year. We'll price both and you pick.

What's a trigger depth?

The accumulation that puts us on your property automatically, without a phone call. Two inches is common. Lower means more visits and more cost; higher means you handle the small events. Ice and freezing rain are handled separately.

Can we get a certificate of insurance?

Yes — before you sign and again at renewal. Send us your requirements, including additional insured wording, and our agent issues it to match.

Do you handle salting and ice management?

Yes. It can run with your plowing contract or on its own. Freezing rain and refreeze often need treatment when there's no snow to push at all, which is where most slip claims come from.

What happens when the snow piles get too big?

We stack in the spots we agreed on during the site walk. When the piles start taking parking spaces or blocking sightlines, we haul it off site — priced separately, and never without telling you first.
